You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with using blockchain-based transactions.

4. Intellectual Property

Users are prohibited from posting content they do not own or have not obtained proper licensing for from the original creator. Any such content will be removed, and the user may face a permanent ban from the platform.

5. Fees and Transactions

Fees may apply to various functionalities of this service. Transactions are processed via blockchain and are irreversible. We are not responsible for transaction errors, including those caused by user mistakes, network issues, or blockchain errors. Once initiated, transactions cannot be reversed, and fees are non-refundable. You should carefully review all details before confirming any transaction. The following fees apply:

• Donation to Post: 5% fee
• Refund to User for Donation to Post (if Post not unlocked in time): No fee (0%)
• Tip to Post Creator(non-refundable): 10% fee

Users are responsible for paying any associated transaction cost. Gas costs are not included in the fees mentioned above. We dont control the gas fees and they are subject to change based on the network congestion.

We reserve the right to change these fees at any time without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
• We, the Service owners of 'SquadFTW.com', are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including issues related to smart contract failures or blockchain errors.
• You agree to indemnify the Service owners of 'SquadFTW.com' for any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or any applicable law.
